Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale and clearance items, underscarves, and innerwear (unless defective) are non-returnable. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason. After review, we will provide return instructions. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) or process an exchange. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with pictures for a free replacement or refund.
